Many Notes v0.18.0 runs with PHP 8.4.10 + SQLite; composer dependencies installed, database migrated, all 179 backend tests passing with Vite mocked in test config.

All 179 Feature/Integration tests pass (450 assertions). All 11 Architecture tests pass. App boot verified via Laravel index.php returning proper HTML responses. Cannot build frontend assets due to Node 18 incompatibility with Vite 8 - requires Node 22+. The app serves correctly via PHP built-in server and artisan commands function normally.
