npm test now exits 0 with 58/58 SUCCESS in headless Chrome (no-sandbox) via Playwright-downloaded Chrome for Testing; library build (ng build ngx-wig) exits 0; app build exits 0; ng serve answered HTTP 200 at http://localhost:4200/. App-level test target remains broken due to pre-existing missing spec config files (not part of npm test).
