Uptime Kuma 2.5.3 server starts successfully on port 3001 with Node.js 20.18.0, dependencies installed, pre-built frontend dist downloaded, and 194/240 backend tests passing.

Server launches on port 3001 and returns HTTP 302. Backend test suite runs: 194 pass, 38 fail. All failures are infrastructure-dependent (no Docker, no ping). The unlimited-timeout ESM shim is the only code patch needed. TypeScript compilation fails due to @types/node version mismatch with old TS 4.4.4, but this is a JS project so TS build is not required.
