The package installs via venv+pip with only runtime deps and the non-Docker unit test suite passes 261/261; the library and jenkins_invoke CLI were also driven to successful runs against a local Jenkins-shaped mock server in this container.

uv and java are not installed in the container; replaced uv via python venv+pip. Docker CLI/daemon absent, so the 161 docker-marked system tests were not runnable; Java being absent also prevents downloading/running a real Jenkins.war. Non-Docker suite passes fully and a local schema-correct Jenkins-shaped HTTP mock drove the real Requester/Jenkins/Job/Build/QueueItem code paths and the jenkins_invoke CLI to exit 0.

Argusic installed jenkinsapi in 5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
