What the test found

hcloud CLI binary builds and runs, printing version 1.69.0-dev and full help output. The complete internal test suite (34 packages) passes with zero failures.

All 34 test packages pass. Real API calls require a Hetzner Cloud token (would need HCLOUD_TOKEN env var). The test suite uses testify with in-memory mocks and does not need network access. The built binary correctly reports no active context/token when run without credentials, which is expected. Go was not pre-installed in the container; downloaded go1.26.8 from go.dev to work around this.
