All packages compile and unit test suites pass (root pkg, 7 adapters, 5 internal pkgs); integration DB tests skipped due to missing Docker.

All unit/sqlbuilder/adapter connection+template tests pass. Integration tests requiring real DB servers (postgresql, mysql, mssql, cockroachdb, mongo) cannot run without Docker/Ansible. SQLite adapter tests pass with a temp file as DB_NAME.
