Nothing runs: the repository's default build is blocked by the container's 8GB memory ceiling while compiling the datadog-api-client dependency, so no pup binary, install, test run, or mock-API launch was achieved; dependency download and resolution (cargo fetch --locked, cargo verify-project) completed successfully.

Rust 1.95.0 toolchain installed via rustup; cargo fetch --locked exited 0 and cargo verify-project returned success, so dependency resolution works. The build fails only in the final huge generated dependency crate. No prebuilt binary is bundled in the container, no system packages (brew/zig/wasmtime) are installed, and /usr/local/bin is not writable so install to ~/.cargo/bin was the plan. Real Datadog credentials and a real-or-mock API exercise were never reachable because the binary never linked.
