Sparkler is installed with Python 3.12, Solr 10.0.0 on port 8983, Vue UI built and served on port 8180, APIs responding, all 32 unit tests passing

Full end-to-end verification with Solr running, API live, UI built, and all 32 tests passing. Solr downloads itself on first start. No third-patty API keys required. The status subcommand fails without lsof but all operations work fine via HTTP. Crawl commands that fetch the web (real URLs) were not tested as they require network access to external sites, but ingestion and the control API were verified.
