llm-wiki tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

llmwiki runs in a Python 3.12 venv: setup, sync (converts real Codex sessions), build (90-page HTML site plus llms.txt/graph.jsonld/manifest/sitemap/rss), serve (HTTP 200 on /), unit tests (2650 passed), and real-browser E2E (193 passed) all completed successfully; only index.md was not updated to list the new projects/repo.md page by the sync command.

Used a real Codex CLI session (~/.codex/sessions/2026/10/22/rollout-*.jsonl) as sync input — no mocks needed. System Python is PEP 668-managed and root is unavailable, so setup.sh's user-install step cannot work on this container; a venv is the correct remedy (documented as a gap). One real lint finding remains after build: wiki/projects/repo.md exists but is not listed in wiki/index.md (index_sync error) — the per-AGENTS.md ingest step that adds sources to index.md is not performed by llmwiki sync.

Argusic installed llm-wiki in 4 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
