npm install succeeds, npm run build completes cleanly, CLI responds to --version (8.9.0), --help, -e, and script-run modes, all unit tests pass (error 10/10, log 11/11, md 6/6, util 12/12, vendor 8/8, global 2/2, export 3/3, index 2/2, deps 10/10, goods 29/29, core 133/133 pass)

Installed zx 8.9.0 from source. Fixed isMain() autorun for Node.js (no import.meta.main) and Promise.withResolvers for Node 18 compat. All functional tests pass. CLI now prints version, help, and evaluates scripts correctly.
