tmux-ide tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

tmux-ide in this repo builds and runs real tmux 3.7c sessions with send/ls/adopt/team, a 200-serving command-center REST+SSE API, a working control-socket send verb, and the full managed dev-instance lifecycle; 6618 daemon unit tests, 551 contract tests, 273 daemon-client tests, 1103 desktop-renderer tests, 70 tmux-bridge tests, 157 Bun daemon tests, and 110 OpenTUI renderer tests pass, with only 3 pre-existing container-environment failures (missing /usr/bin/ssh).

No system tmux existed; used the project's own bundled tmux 3.7c (from the public npm tarball) as the daemon authority. Start/attach require a TTY; in this non-TTY shell 'start' created the session and verified via status/send/ls/adopt/team, REST (200 on /api/sessions, /api/project/ti-demo, /api/project/ti-demo/panes, SSE /api/events) and the control-socket send verb. Managed dev instance (dev:instance rebuild/up/status/down) also verified. Desktop-smoke not run (needs the Vite-build fix); web/desktop are separate from the terminal release gate.

Argusic installed tmux-ide in 37 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
