With Node 22.23.3 installed locally, the backend and frontend build and all 5722 tests pass; the backend starts on port 5551, answers HTTP 200 on its API, and completed a mock-yt-dlp download that was streamed back over /videos/ and decoded with ffmpeg.

Image is a client/server pair requiring Node>=22.22; system Node is 18, so I downloaded the official Node 22 linux-x64 tarball into the user home and installed all deps with it (no repo files changed). Plugins bgutil-ytdlp-pot-provider/curl-cffi installed via pip. Backend+frontend builds pass, 5722 tests pass, server boots and http answers, and a real end-to-end download through the API succeeded against a mock yt-dlp I wrote (/home/runner/.local/bin/yt-dlp.mock) because YouTube is unreachable/blocked here; the produced media was ffmpeg-decoded and then streamed back over the backend video endpoint (HTTP 200, fully decoded). Real YouTube keys were never required.
