hermes-desktop tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The app builds, all 2308 tests pass, and the Electron window launches on the virtual display; via the UI it walks Welcome -> install confirmation and connects to a local mock gateway where a typed message returns a streamed reply. The real upstream Hermes Agent install was not exercised.

lat was not on PATH; installed lat.md from npm and lat check passes. Updated lat.md/provider-setup.md for test hermeticity. package-lock.json churn reverted. Mock gateway is a local schema-correct stand-in, not the real Hermes Agent; dev server watcher limited by container inotify max_user_instances=128.

Argusic installed hermes-desktop in 19 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 6 of 6 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
