What the test found

Dependencies install, tsc build and lint pass, 202 unit tests pass, 'is doctor' reports all checks green after 'is init bash', 'is complete' returns real spec suggestions, and the interactive inshellisense session on bash launches, renders suggestions, runs commands and exits cleanly; only the fish/zsh e2e variants and one flaky truncation e2e case could not be verified here.

Container has Node v18.19.1 while @microsoft/tui-test and @withfig/autocomplete declare node>=20; install emitted EBADENGINE warnings but worked. 'is -v' prints the unsubstituted build placeholder __VERSION__ (version substitution happens in the packaging step). doctor initially exited 2 before 'is init bash' because no shell plugin was configured, which is expected first-run behavior. Only tracked change is src/utils/node.ts; scratch probe files were removed.
