subtrace binary builds with Go! 1.24.2, version command prints full build metadata, and the fd reference-counting unit test passes

Binary builds and runs (33 MB ELF). The proxy command starts but requires a SUBTRACE_TOKEN for cloud connectivity; the run command needs SYS_PTRACE capability. The single unit test (fd package) passes: exercises real reference-counting concurrency. No other test files found. Token-based commands require real credentials — no mock could substitute for the cloud handshake.
