Kopia CLI builds and runs backup/restore with SHA-256 verification passing; embedded HTTP server answers authenticated API requests at HTTP 200; packaged KopiaUI desktop app launches in Xvfb and passes all 5 Playwright E2E tests; dev-mode Electron app starts and renders the first-run repository setup UI against the corrected x64 server binary.

SFTP provider, RPM packaging, and sparse-block allocation fail due to container-limitation (no root, no Docker, overlayfs filesystem). All core CLI operations (backup, restore, server API, authenticated sessions, desktop window + E2E) verified real end-to-end without mocks.
