The DATABASE_URL and BETTER_AUTH_SECRET requirements are documented but Postgres w/ pgvector is not available in this container, so full integration tests (24 suites) and production boot are skipped. No third-party mocks were stood up because the engine packages do not require real API keys to build or typecheck; the chat, embedding, and AI endpoints are configured through optional env vars that fall back gracefully (CHAT_BASE_URL defaults to Gemini, integration tests skip without a DB). The container lacks Docker, psql, and root, so docker-compose and native Postgres paths cannot run.
