Jumpstarter monorepo installs and builds (uv sync, uv build, controller make build with Go 1.26.3, cargo build with Rust 1.99.1), and the full test suite passes: Python packages all green except the qemu-img/qemu-system-dependent driver tests which skip or fail only due to missing system QEMU binaries, Go controller suite fully ok, Rust workspace 36 tests passed, and the jmp CLI answers its version command.

Standard install per README (uv workspace sync, make build, make test) succeeded after fixes. Full monorepo make test passed: python ~3220+962) passed, Go controller all packages ok (incl. 45s internal/controller), Rust workspace 24 unit + 12 integration = 36 passed. Only remaining failures are qemu-driver/uboot-driver tests requiring qemu-img/qemu-system-aarch64 system binaries that cannot be installed in this container; they are environment gaps, not repo defects. Jumpstarter controller manager binary launches (starts, prints startup log) and jmp CLI answers 'Jumpstarter v0.1.dev1+ge84abc2dc'.
