Free PMO Laravel app is installed and running: static PHP 8.3.10 serves the web app via artisan serve, all 18 migration tables created in SQLite, the web interface responds with HTTP 200 on /about and /app-install, and all 406 automated tests pass.

No system package manager (sudo/root) available. Used static PHP binary. All 406 tests pass. Web server responds with 200 on /about and /app-install, 302 redirect on / (expected for unauthenticated user). SQLite used for both testing and web server.
