What the test found

PostgreSQL 16.4 with pg_net 0.20.4 preloaded is running, its background worker is up, the real nginx fixture serves localhost:8080 and 127.0.0.1:8888 with 200s, and the full 92-test pytest suite passes.

Built PostgreSQL 16.4 + nginx 1.26.3 with repo's echo and ngx_pathological modules from source (no root). Kernel cannot bind ::1, so the 8888 fixture also listens on 127.0.0.1:8888; only that IPv6-only kernel property is unverified.

Argusic installed pg_net in 35 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 7 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
