quotio CLI 1.0.0-beta.4 installs and runs on Linux, its full Rust test suite passes 634/634, and `serve --no-saved-accounts` returns HTTP 200 schema-2 JSON on /v2/snapshot; macOS/iOS apps were not runnable in this Linux container.

Verified on Ubuntu 24.04: installed npm beta quotio 1.0.0-beta.4, Rust 1.99 toolchain, and prebuilt sqlite3. Full cargo test suite green (634 passed, 0 failed, exit 0) after adding a PATH-resolving sqlite3 helper; live REST mock provider served HTTP 200. macOS/iOS targets not runnable: no Swift/Xcode on Linux. Real provider acceptance requires real credentials.
