osmnx tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

OSMnx 2.1.1 installed via uv from source; 15/17 pytest suite tests pass with a local mock Overpass server; the source bug in elevation.py (0-d array) was patched; the remaining two test failures are due to mock data not matching real OSM attribute richness.

The Overpass API is firewalled from this container (connection refused). All Overpass-dependent code was verified against a mock server that generates synthetic street grids and building footprints. test_elevation fails because after consolidate_intersections the mock graph produces zero edges; test_routing fails because mock edges have no maxspeed attribute. These are mock-data-fidelity issues, not code bugs. One real bug was found and patched: a 0-d numpy array from .squeeze() in _query_raster.

Argusic installed osmnx in 0.25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
