camera.ui server v2.2.7 builds from source, starts as a new installation, passes self-checks, answers HTTP 200 on its API endpoint, and cleanly shuts down.

The server also logs a non-blocking error about PortablePython failing to install Python 3.11 (ZIP format issue) and a version mismatch warning for the NVR plugin (plugin requires >=2.3.0, server is 2.2.7). Neither prevents startup or HTTP serving.
