What the test found

Rust toolchain installed and working. Installer bootstrap crate builds and its 2 unit tests pass. WTA crate type-checks for Windows MSVC target. C++ component (Visual Studio/MSBuild) cannot build on Linux. Full test suite (1997 WTA tests) requires Windows to execute.

This is a Windows Terminal fork (Intelligent Terminal) requiring Visual Studio for the C++ component and Windows for the WTA Rust agent bridge. On Linux, only platform-independent Rust code can be exercised. 1997 #[test] functions exist in the WTA source but all depend on Windows-only APIs (named pipes, win32 sys, ratatui, crossterm). The installer/bootstrap crate (2 tests) built and passed on native host toolchain.

Argusic installed intelligent-terminal in 38 minutes; verification reached Verified with mock services. 7 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
