Rocket 0.2.1 installs, type-checks, lints, builds 310 static files to dist/, passes all 308 node tests and 12 browser tests, and serves the docs site with HTTP 200 on the homepage and doc routes from both the dev server and the built output.

Temporary wtr config and server processes removed; the two source fixes remain uncommitted. Prettier applied to the two modified files. npm audit reports 75 known vulnerabilities in transitive deps, unrelated to this run.
