What the test found

claude-brain builds with tsup, passes all 3 tests, hooks accept stdin and return valid Claude Code protocol, scripts create/search/query a portable .mv2 memory file, and included video assets decode without errors.

Node v18.19.1 triggers warnings for deps requiring >=20 but everything works. Smart-install ran `npm install --production` which pruned devDeps; re-running full `npm install` restored typecheck/lint/test tooling. All hooks (smart-install, session-start, post-tool-use, stop) return correct Claude Code protocol. CLI scripts (stats, find, ask, timeline) operate against real memory files via @memvid/sdk. Both .mp4 files validated with ffmpeg - no decode errors.
