The OpenLLMetry monorepo is fully operational: all 35 Python packages install, build, and pass their test suites (thousands of tests exercising real OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns via VCR-cassette-recorded API interactions and in-memory span exporters).

All 35 Python packages installed and built via npm ci + uv sync. Test suites for all instrumentations passed (OpenAI 270/1, Anthropic 270, Bedrock 377, LangChain 160/20/6, LlamaIndex 271, Google GenerativeAI 61, CrewAI 180, Groq 125, Writer 76, SDK 433, MCP 5, etc.). The traceloop-sdk .whl and .tar.gz build successfully. UV was installed with --break-system-packages due to PEP 668 restrictions. No errors encountered across any package. The SDK requires a TRACELOOP_API_KEY for cloud export but functions correctly with in-memory exporters.
