Fae-rails 3.1.0 runs on Rails 7.0.10 with a sqlite3-backed dummy app: bundle install completes (174-182 gems), the dummy admin server answers HTTP 302 on /admin and stays up, schema loads to 46 tables, seeds insert, and 259 of 266 non-JS specs pass with the only 7 failures being netlify-config, JS-DOM, and ImageMagick-SVG environment limits.

No third-party keys needed: netlify deploy specs are the only credential-adjacent failures and correctly reported. Original /work/repo untouched; all compat edits live in /home/runner/tools/fae-mirror. Ruby provisioned into /home/runner/tools/ruby-3.1.1 (prebuilt RVM binary + rebuilt psych + vendored libssl-1.1), gems in its GEM_HOME.
