NiubiGEO v0.2.1 builds cleanly, all 256 unit tests pass with 10 intentional skips, all 17 example tests pass, product server starts and responds 200 on /health and /

All 8 test failures were infrastructure issues (Node version / fetch mocking compatibility), not code bugs. Fixed by switching to Node 22.12.0 and cleaning stale dirs. The test suite uses mocked fetch for provider calls; real API keys (OpenRouter) would be needed for production use but no real credentials are required to build, test, or launch the server.

Argusic installed niubigeo in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
