What the test found

yarn install + yarn build succeeds for all 3 packages; NestJS API answers 200 on /api/health/live and /api/health/ready; Vite UI serves 200 at localhost:3000 with `<title>Maintainerr</title>`; 3108 of 3162 server tests pass; 215 of 224 UI tests pass

Core issue: the container only had Node 18 but the project requires Node >=26. Installed n and node 26.10.0, then used the project-bundled yarn-4.17.1.cjs since yarn wasn't on the original PATH. yarn install completed in 3m7s adding 1646 packages (742 MiB). All three workspace packages build successfully. The NestJS API starts on port 6246 and responds to health endpoints. The Vite dev server serves the UI on port 3000. Server test suite: shard 1/3 1116 passed, shard 2/3 952/954 passed (2 pre-existing failures in email notification HTML rendering), shard 3/3 1067 passed. UI tests: 215/224 passed (9 pre-existing timeout flakes). No third-party credentials are required for the install/build/tests, and the app boots gracefully without a media server configured.
