zensical is a Rust+Python static site generator. Build requires rustup + venv. Templates must be fetched from a separate UI repo via scripts/prepare.py. Of 1307 unit tests, 1271 pass, 5 skipped, 31 fail (all in pandas-based table-reader helpers, not core functionality; failure was present before any fixes). No third-party credentials required.
