Quantum tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Dependencies install and typecheck cleanly, the web app builds and its 155 tests pass, the API passes 322 of 326 tests (4 pre-existing request-validation assertions fail), and a running API served HTTP 200 on /server/health from its own Postgres 16 instance while the built web app served HTTP 200 from vite preview.

docker not present (no root) so compose stack/deploy.sh and Docker-backed endpoints could not run; api still bound and answered /server/health. pnpm and Node24 were installed from official prebuilts as system pnpm was absent and Node was 18 vs .nvmrc 24.

Argusic installed Quantum in 5.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
