PoloDB v5.3.0 core library, CLI server binary, and line-diff tool compile; 169 tests pass; embedded document insert/find works end-to-end via the Rust API; server binary prints version and help; Python bindings left unbuilt due to missing libpython3.12 shared library.

Build success after rustup, submodule init, and bindgen env vars. All 169 Rust core tests pass. Embedded quick-start example runs correctly. Python bindings cannot link due to missing libpython3.12.so (not packaged as shared lib in this environment).
