Plano CLI 0.4.36 is installed, 110 CLI tests pass, planoai up runs the native Envoy+brightstaff stack (healthz 200), end-to-end chat completions through localhost:12000 return the mock upstream's JSON, and planoai down cleanly stops the services.

Real Envoy 1.37.0 + brightstaff + WASM gateway chain with a local mock upstream; binaries downloaded to ~/.plano. Streaming with a non-SSE mock returns an empty body (SSE-compliant upstreams expected to work); packaging defects in uv build/editable installs are upstream and unfixed.

Argusic installed plano in 5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
