What the test found

The repo builds and cross-compiles on Linux. Go 1.25.0 toolchain is available at /tmp/go/bin/go. All 5 natively-runnable tests pass. The Windows GUI binary cross-compiles successfully. One 2-line fix applied: pkg/util/net.go needed a '//go:build windows' build constraint (it imports Windows DLLs but was missing the constraint, blocking Linux test compilation of the whole util and config packages).

Argusic installed frpmgr in 16 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
