GPU: NVIDIA A40 (46GB VRAM). Free disk before download: 111GB (120G overlay). Checkpoint: Wan-AI/Wan2.2-TI2V-5B (32GB, 3 safetensor shards + T5 encoder + VAE). Settings used: --task ti2v-5B --size 704*1280 (portrait 704x1280, smallest documented) --sample_steps 5 (down from default 50) --frame_num 81 (down from default 121) --offload_model True. Default prompt from model card: Two anthropomorphic cats in comfy boxing gear and bright gloves fight intensely on a spotlighted stage. SDPA fallback patched in because flash-attn could not be built (no Python.h, no root for apt). Without offloading, 46GB VRAM is borderline but possibly sufficient; used offloading for safety.
