Lithium C++ HTTP framework builds, install.sh works with bash, li_symbol_generator compiles, 25 of 30 C++ tests pass, and the HTTP server example launches and responds correctly on localhost:8080.

25 of 30 tests pass (all non-database). sqlite_test passes using file-based SQLite. http_server launches and responds correctly: 'curl -s http://localhost:8080/hello_world' returned 'hello world.'. 5 database tests need real MySQL (port 14550, user root, password lithium_test, db mysql_test) and PostgreSQL (port 32768, user postgres, password lithium_test, db postgres) which cannot be installed without root.
