What the test found

A fresh checkout now builds (cargo fmt/clippy clean, 55/55 Rust tests pass, Next.js production build succeeds) and runs: the Rust gateway served liveness 200, authenticated admin login 200, API/endpoint/subscription 201/201/200, and proxied a real REST request 200 through a local mock, with the Next.js dashboard answering /login 200.

Real Rust gateway exercised end to end against a schema-correct local mock REST upstream I stood up on 127.0.0.1:3999 (httpbin-shaped GET echo), because no real third-party upstream exists: login -> create API 201 -> create endpoint 201 -> subscribe 200 -> proxied GET /get returned 200 with the mock's JSON. All live services were cleanly TERM-stopped afterward; ports free.

Argusic installed doorman in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
