obsidian-wiki package installs and builds cleanly via pip in a venv; all 1010 automated tests pass; the CLI boots, processes all subcommands (setup, doctor, list, info, lint, graph-analyse), and the setup command provisions all 40 skills into 12 agent directories with a pass doctor health check.

All 1010 tests pass. CLI commands (setup, doctor, list, info, lint, graph-analyse, --version, --help) all verified. No real agent/MCP server integration tested; used scratch vault for end-to-end CLI verification.

Argusic installed obsidian-wiki in 7.2 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
