Full go test suite (38/38 packages ok, 427 Test funcs) run against real envtest kube-apiserver; built manager launched against a real kube-apiserver/etcd control plane I stood up from bundled envtest binaries; created Konflux CR caused operator to create all sub-CRs and report status conditions. No container runtime so pod scheduling is the only thing not exercised.
