What the test found

The IIB standalone server installs cleanly in a venv and runs python app.py on port 8770, serving the UI at / (200), the API hello (200), indexed image search (4 images found), thumbnails, video streaming, and video covers, with only the optional hnswlib topic-clustering dependency missing.

Standalone Python server verified end-to-end with real PNG/WebP/MP4 media: index built 4 images, filename search returned clip.mp4, tag match for Video returned it, thumbnails/covers decoded via PIL, MP4 stream decoded via ffmpeg. Tauri desktop shell not buildable here (no Rust toolchain, no root). hnswlib remains uninstalled but is optional.

Argusic installed infinite-image-browsing in 20 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
