Frontend builds, all 611 JS tests pass, and both Rust sub-crates (tw-adopt, tw-scan) compile and pass their 102 tests. The main Tauri desktop binary cannot link without GTK/WebKit2 system headers (no root access). A dedicated build container with these packages would make the full `cargo build` succeed.
