4ga Boards server lifts on Node 24, connects to PostgreSQL 16 via pgserver, passes all 22 client+server tests, initializes 29 database tables, and returns API responses on port 1337.

Server cron notification background task errors on teardown (unrelated to tests, uses sails-disk adapter for notification model which is not in PostgreSQL). All 22 tests (17 client + 5 server) pass. Server lifted successfully and responds to API endpoints (core-settings-public returns 200 with JSON). Database init created 29 tables in real PostgreSQL.
