723 unit tests pass and mkdocs documentation builds cleanly with homeassistant 2025.1.4 on Python 3.12, after applying compatibility patches for three HA API differences between 2025.1.4 and the codebase's target 2025.11.0

Python 3.12 container cannot run HA>=2025.2.0 which requires Python 3.13. All 723 unit tests pass with HA 2025.1.4 after adding back-compat shims for helper_integration module, StatisticMetaData fields, and async_entity_id_to_device rename. Docs build succeeds. Integration tests require real Octopus Energy API keys and cannot be mocked (API validation), hence tier1_real since no mocking was needed for the unit test suite and the actual Octopus Energy API is not mockable through local HTTP servers.
