Huginn Rails app runs on localhost:3000 returning HTTP 200, admin login with seeded credentials works, the Agents page returns 200, and the full rspec suite passes 2047/2047 examples.

No real third-party API keys were needed; app verified with seeded local data on a locally-run MySQL 8.0 server. All 2047 specs pass.
