ElevenLabs API key not provided; stood up a mock HTTP server to verify the audio-extract -> upload -> transcript JSON pipeline. transcribe.py patched to make SCRIBE_URL overridable via TRANSCRIBE_URL env var. All 6 helpers parse and produce correct output.
