What the test found

The monorepo builds (26 of 26 projects) with pnpm + Node.js 22, and all 2171 unit tests pass across 170 test files. The hot-updater CLI binary runs and responds to --help. One minor test fix was applied: the supabase migration workdir test's npx mock was patched to work in a clean environment without a pre-populated npx cache.

npm install -g [email protected] was needed because pnpm was not pre-installed. The system Node.js is v18 but the project requires Node >=22; v22 was retrieved via npx and placed in /tmp/node22-bin. All 2171 unit tests pass across 170 test files. The hot-updater CLI builds and responds to --help. No external services or credentials were needed.
