CLI binary builds and sends HTTP requests with proper response handling; web and desktop frontends build successfully; 26 frontend tests pass; Rust GUI backend requires system GTK3 packages not available in this container.

Desktop Rust backend requires GTK3 development packages libgtk-3-dev, libpango-1.0-dev etc. which are not installable without root. The desktop frontend (React/Vite) builds fine and all 26 frontend tests pass. CLI builds, works end-to-end against a real HTTP server returning 200.
