room-assistant builds, all 406 unit tests pass, and the NestJS app starts on port 6415 serving /status and /entities endpoints with no crashes.

All 28 test suites and 406 tests passed. App served HTTP on :6415 (GET /status returned 200, GET /entities returned 200). mdns native binding not available (requires libavahi-compat-libdnssd-dev which cannot be installed without root), cluster auto-discovery degraded gracefully. No third-party API keys needed - mocks cover all integrations.
