Pre-existing test bug in tests/components/multimodality/test_describe_audio.py::test_clean_forward_flow (asserts 6 LLM calls but code makes 2). 4 transient DB state errors in skill tests when run after other DB-using tests (test ordering issue). Both resolved when tests run in isolation.
